Hard Hat

Karl is an unlucky construction foreman whose routine is turned upside down when his injured partner is replaced by his cheerful, hopelessly inexperienced daughter, Jolene. Her clumsy attempts to learn the job and endless curiosity turn every workday into a new disaster, forcing Karl to rescue her at every turn. As Karl struggles to stay professional and keep the project on track, Jolene seems completely unaware that her innocent antics keep putting them in increasingly awkward situations. The harder Karl tries to keep his distance, the more fate throws them together in ways neither of them can explain.
